Baird & Warner Adopts Cloze Platform for Growth

Cloze, a software company specializing in AI-powered real estate solutions, has recently announced that Baird & Warner, a real estate firm based in Illinois, has integrated the Cloze Platform into its operations. This platform comprises dedicated programs tailored for marketing, lead generation, and an AI-driven CRM system.

Laura Ellis, the Chief Strategy Officer and President of Residential Sales at Baird & Warner, emphasized the importance of innovative technology and processes in enabling independent firms to compete effectively against larger national players. She highlighted how the Cloze Platform empowers their team to collaborate seamlessly across departments, work more efficiently, and ultimately, drive greater profitability for both the business and individual agents.

By leveraging Cloze in both their residential sales and mortgage capture processes, Baird & Warner has witnessed notable improvements in performance metrics.

Over a span of three years, during which agents were given the option to choose between Cloze and an all-in-one technology platform, Baird & Warner observed that agents utilizing Cloze moderately or extensively demonstrated a 36% higher production rate. On average, this translated to nearly a $1 million increase in production per agent compared to those who rarely or never used Cloze. Moreover, adoption rates for Cloze among Baird & Warner agents surpassed 60%, marking a significant contrast to the adoption rate of the all-in-one platform, which stood at less than 10%.

“We’ve been working with Cloze for over two years now, and we’ve seen a huge increase in sales over that period of time,” said Dean Rouso, senior vice president of strategic innovation at Baird & Warner. “We’ve seen agents that are using Cloze CRM and some of the other tools that integrate with Cloze, experience 50%, 70%, even 100% in some cases, increases in their sales. It’s amazing.”
